Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This policy sets out the general warranty framework for the work and systems we deliver. The binding details for each project are stated in the approved proposal and the handover record, which take precedence in the event of any discrepancy.
Scope of the warranty
The warranty covers two separate elements:
Workmanship warranty
Covers the quality of installation, cabling and programming carried out by our team. Its duration is set in the handover record.
Equipment warranty
Governed by the manufacturer's terms and duration. We handle the claim process with the supplier on your behalf within those terms.
What the warranty covers
- Installation or connection defects arising from our work.
- Equipment failures caused by a manufacturing defect within the manufacturer's warranty period.
- Reconfiguring or reprogramming the system if it malfunctions due to a setup error on our part.
- Resolving the snags recorded in the handover document within the agreed period.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by misuse, tampering, or modification by another party.
- Faults caused by power cuts, voltage fluctuation, or inadequate earthing on site.
- Accidents, natural disasters, fire, water ingress, and adjacent construction work.
- Normal wear of consumables such as batteries, hoses and extinguishing agents.
- Systems that have not received the periodic maintenance specified by the manufacturer.
- Equipment supplied by another party and not by us, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Periodic maintenance and its effect on the warranty
Alarm and suppression systems require periodic inspection to remain reliable, and this is a condition of many manufacturers' warranties. Neglecting periodic maintenance can void the warranty on the affected device.
We recommend linking the warranty to a periodic maintenance contract to keep cover continuous and system condition documented. Learn about maintenance contracts
How to make a claim
- 01Report the fault via WhatsApp, by phone, or using the report form — with the project or request number if you have it.
- 02Include a description of the problem and photographs if possible, and state whether the system has stopped entirely.
- 03We verify that the warranty is valid and diagnose the fault remotely or with a site visit.
- 04If the fault falls within cover we resolve it at no charge. If it falls outside, we send a quotation before any work.
Business and transaction services
Formation and government transaction services are procedural by nature and carry no product warranty. We commit to preparing the file accurately, meeting the published requirements, and following the application through. We do not guarantee an outcome or a duration, because the decision rests with the relevant authority. If an error on our part causes a rejection or resubmission, we redo the work at no additional service charge — official fees remain payable as normal.
