Maintenance & Support

Maintenance and fault reports

A safety system that is never tested is a system you cannot rely on. We provide preventive maintenance contracts that keep your systems ready, and emergency response when any of them stops.

Emergency fault on a safety system?

If an alarm or suppression system has stopped, call us directly rather than waiting on a form.

Types of cover

We define the contract scope after surveying the systems already on your site. Pricing depends on the number of devices and locations, and the response level you need.

PLAN 01

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled periodic visits to inspect, test and document the condition of your systems.

  • Scheduled periodic inspection
  • Testing detection and alarm devices
  • Cleaning and calibrating sensors
  • A condition report after every visit
Most popularPLAN 02

Comprehensive

Preventive maintenance plus emergency fault cover within an agreed response time.

  • Everything in the preventive plan
  • Emergency visits for faults
  • Scheduling priority
  • A documented maintenance record for the facility
PLAN 03

On-demand visit

For facilities that do not want an annual contract: a one-off inspection or repair visit.

  • Diagnosing the fault on site
  • A repair quotation before any work
  • Supply of spare parts
  • A report on the system's condition

What happens after you report a fault

01

Report received

We log the fault, issue a ticket number, and set priority according to how serious the outage is.

02

Diagnosis

An initial remote diagnosis where possible; otherwise we schedule a technician visit.

03

Repair

Carrying out the repair; if spare parts are needed we send a quotation before replacing anything.

04

Closure and documentation

Testing the system after repair, with a report kept in the facility's maintenance record.
