FAQ

Direct answers to what we are asked most. If your question is not here, Contact Us.

What documents are required to form a company?

It depends on the entity type, the partners' nationalities and the activity. After the first consultation we send a list specific to your case, so you do not gather documents you do not need.

How long does formation take?

The duration is set by the relevant authority and is affected by complete documentation and the type of activity. We explain the stages and expected path when the file opens, but we do not commit to a fixed duration because the decision is not ours.

Do you guarantee the application will be approved?

No. Anyone promising a guaranteed government approval is overstating. What we do guarantee is an accurately prepared file, published requirements met in full, and fast handling of any queries from the authority.

Do you serve foreign investors?

Yes. We explain foreign investment requirements, the documents and attestations needed, and coordinate the related procedures — working in both Arabic and English.

I already have a commercial registration and only need a renewal — can you help?

Yes. Renewals, updating company records and amending activities are a core part of what we do, and we track expiry dates and alert you in advance.

When is a fire alarm system required?

It depends on the type of activity, the site area, the number of floors and its occupancy. Many commercial activities need one as a condition of operating. A site survey is what determines precisely what your premises require.

What is the difference between an alarm system and a suppression system?

An alarm system detects fire early and warns occupants to evacuate. A suppression system acts to extinguish the fire or limit its spread. The first is for detection and warning, the second for response — and both are usually required together.

How do I choose the number and type of surveillance cameras?

It is determined by the site area, the number of entrances, blind spots, lighting levels and how long footage must be retained. We work that out during the survey rather than selling a ready-made package that could leave areas uncovered or cost you cameras you do not need.

Is the site survey free?

The initial survey to assess your needs is free within our service area. Detailed technical reports or approved drawings are priced within the scope of work.

I have an existing system from another supplier — will you work with it?

In most cases, yes. We inspect the existing system and identify what can be retained and what needs replacing, rather than replacing everything by default.

Why do I need an annual maintenance contract?

Safety systems sit idle until the moment they are needed, and their faults only surface under periodic testing. A contract ensures they are inspected and their condition documented — which regulators typically require.

How long is the warranty on installed systems?

It varies by device type and manufacturer, and is stated explicitly in the proposal and the handover record. See the Warranty Policy for details.

How do I report an emergency fault?

For emergency faults, call us directly or message us on WhatsApp rather than waiting for a reply to the form.

Why are there no prices published on the site?

Because price depends on real variables: the activity and entity type for business services, and the site area and device count for safety systems. Any published price would mislead one side or the other.

Are government fees included in the price?

We always separate them. The proposal shows official authority fees as a separate line from our service charges, so you know exactly what you are paying and to whom.

Can both services be delivered together in one file?

Yes, and it is what we recommend. Licensing runs in parallel with the site survey and systems fit-out, so the facility is ready for inspection when the paperwork completes instead of delaying your opening.

Which cities do you serve?

We are based in Riyadh and serve the Kingdom's main cities. For sites outside our direct coverage, contact us to confirm feasibility before starting.
